We are happy to announce a significant improvement to the Life’s Abundance web site.  Now, you and your customers have the ability to completely manage your Autoship orders online.  Here are all of the exciting details:

Date & Frequency – Customers can change the date and adjust the Autoship frequency.

Shipping – Customers can change the shipping address and method.

Payment – Customers can change the credit card and expiration date.

Products – Customers can add, change or delete any products on Autoship.

Product Search – While in the edit Autoship function, we have added a great new search feature for those who wish to add products to their order.  Simply type the product you’re looking for in the “Search” bar.

Cancellation – Although this is something we hope your customers do not choose, there is a “Cancel Order” function.

To manage an Autoship order online, log on to a Life’s Abundance web site and click on the “My Account” link at the top of the page.  Enter a “User Name”, “Password” and click on “Log In”.  In the “My Account Options” section, click on “Edit My Autoship” and all Autoship orders will be listed.  Click on “View/Edit” to make any of the adjustments listed above.

Unfortunately, another widespread pet food recall has been announced.  At this time, it is a voluntary recall including 14 different pet food brands sold in more than 40 states (wow !!) due to possible salmonella contamination.  The pet food brands involved in this recall are listed below:

In addition, according to The Center for Disease Control, 14 people in nine states have been infected with the outbreak strain of Salmonella Infantis. The CDC reported that multiple brands of dry pet food produced by Diamond Pet Foods at a single manufacturing facility have been linked to some of these infections.

We want to reassure you that this recall does not affect any of our Life’s Abundance products.  We are fully confident that our products are completely safe.  As you know, we employ numerous safety and quality controls to ensure the highest quality of our products.
